what is the TLC social impact scholarship?

The Leadership Consortium was founded based on the mission to accelerate the impact of more leaders, teams, and organizations. In 2020 we were able to put our mission into action by offering our first Social Impact Scholarship. The Social Impact Scholarship is awarded to individuals who want to grow alongside leaders from the world’s most competitive companies and who can not currently access TLC programming within their organization. The scholarship allows the recipient to participate as our guest in the TLC Leaders Program.

The TLC Leaders Program is a virtual development experience for top talent from best-in-class companies. Participants emerge from the program as stronger, more confident leaders and better managers of their teams and businesses. The program is designed to accelerate leaders from all backgrounds who are vital to the future of competitive organizations. TLC powerfully integrates content, community, & coaching to drive leadership acceleration.

We welcome you to fill out the following application for the Social Impact Scholarship. Recipients will be invited to participate in the upcoming TLC Leaders Program as a guest of TLC free of charge. The TLC Leaders Program consists of eight class sessions and numerous additional community programming opportunities such as Ask the Experts sessions and Peer Coaching Circles.

what are the requirements to apply for the scholarship?

1. You are a current working professional and a leader of people or teams.

2. You are interested in growing as a leader.

3. You embrace the TLC classroom Core Values of Inclusion, Audacity, Purpose, and Community.

4. Your organization does not currently partner with TLC.
